Every player has a public reliability score based on their attendance and conduct. This helps maintain accountability.

All players agree to our community guidelines emphasizing respect, inclusivity, and sportsmanship.
Community Guidelines
✓ Be Respectful
Treat all players with respect regardless of skill level, background, or identity. Harassment, discrimination, and hate speech are not tolerated.
✓ Show Up & Communicate
Confirm your attendance and notify the host if you can't make it. No-shows affect your reliability score and hurt the community.
✓ Play Fair
Keep games fun and competitive. Follow the agreed-upon rules, avoid excessive trash talk, and report rule violations to the host.
✓ Be Inclusive
Welcome players of all skill levels and backgrounds. Adapt to the group and help newer players feel comfortable joining games.
✓ Keep It Safe
Report any unsafe behavior, equipment issues, or venue concerns to the host and PickupPro support immediately.
What We Don't Tolerate
Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
Violent or threatening behavior
Illegal activity or weapons at game venues
Substance abuse or intoxication affecting others
Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
Intentional injury or dangerous play
Fraud, theft, or misuse of the platform
Violations of these guidelines can result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from PickupPro.
How to Report a Problem
Use the Report Feature
Click the report button on the user's profile, game listing, or comment.
Provide Details
Describe what happened, when it occurred, and any relevant evidence (screenshots, etc.).
We'll Investigate
Our moderation team will review your report and take appropriate action within 24-48 hours.
Follow Up
You'll receive updates on the outcome and any actions taken.
Have Safety Concerns?
Contact our safety team immediately if you have urgent concerns.
Report to Safety Team
